We ship worldwide. Regarding the countries of the European Union, here is the list
of the countries concerned:

Delivery methods offered by Le Repère des Belettes

We offer you 2 delivery methods, which may vary depending on the characteristics of the products (fragility, weight, size). On-site collection is also possible.

Standard delivery by Colissimo.
A fast and secure delivery method. A link to the Colissimo site will allow you to follow the various stages of delivery of your package.
In the event of absence, a delivery notice is left in your mailbox, indicating the nearest post office where pick up your package. You then have 15 consecutive days to recover it. After this time, it will be automatically returned to us.

Standard delivery to pick-up point.

A fast and secure delivery method to a location that will be offered to you depending on your location. A link to the Colissimo site will allow you to follow the different stages of delivery of your package.


Delivery of bulky and/or fragile items
Bulky items will be delivered exclusively in Metropolitan France. The delivery of the goods will be ensured by a carrier chosen by the company LE REPERE DES BELETTES SAS
We recommend that you unpack the goods in front of the delivery person. However, if you notice that the product is damaged, it must be mentioned on the delivery note, otherwise the delivery person cannot be held liable.
Delivery is made at the foot of the building, or if c t is a house, on the threshold of it.
The carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment within a time slot of +/- 4 hours.

It is your responsibility to ensure good accessibility conditions for delivery locations.

For residents of Ile de France
Our premises being located in Saint Germain en Laye (78), if you want to save shipping costs, you have the possibility to collect your order by appointment. Your purchases must be collected within 15 days from the date of purchase.

Delivery time

The goods are in stock, we will deliver to you within a maximum of 8 days.
Products made to order will be delivered according to the supplier's deadlines. The REPERE DES BELETTES team will contact you by email to give you an exact date.

In the event of late delivery, LE REPERE DES BELETTES SAS cannot be held responsible, and will not practice no refund of shipping costs.

Do you want to give a gift?

We deliver directly to the recipient of the gift, and enclose, if you wish, the note you have written for him. The invoice will be sent to the buyer.

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem!
You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your purchase to return it to us.

- The return must be made by Colissimo against signature (or by carrier for bulky and/or fragile items).
- The return is made under full responsibility of the customer and any risk related to the return of the goods (breakage, theft, etc.) will be borne by the customer.
- We will reimburse you no later than 10 days following the return date by re-crediting you your bank account.

A product is missing from your order? The product has a defect?
