Delivery area
LE REPERE DES BELETTES SAS delivers to all of the following countries:
- European Union : France (Metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Saint Martin, Saint Barthélémy, New Caledonia, Guyana, Reunion, French Polynesia), Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, United Kingdom, Jersey, Guernsey, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, Hungary, Poland , Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Denmark, Greece, Iceland, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Croatia, Romania
- World : Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Brazil, Canada, China, South Korea, Israel , Japan, Lebanon, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Turkey and USA
Orders to countries outside the European Union are not subject to French VAT. However, they are subject to any taxes and customs fees in the country of destination. These costs and the related formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. They are to be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
The customer is also responsible for checking the possibilities of importing the products ordered with regard to the law of the country of delivery. We recommend contacting Customs for more information.
Means of delivery
In Europe and abroad, delivery is made via various carriers: Colissimo, ... The costs incurred depend on the country of destination, the weight and the total volume of the items selected.
The choice of carriers offered to the customer depends on the destination of the package, etc. on its weight and size.
The costs and deadlines are indicated to the Customer before the final validation of his order.
LE REPERE DES BELETTES SAS has chosen Colissimo as its main delivery solution. Bulky and/or heavy products (+30kg) will be delivered by carrier.

- Standard delivery by Colissimo Recommandé
The parcel is delivered against signature to the address chosen by the customer. In case of absence, a transit advice note is left in the Customer's mailbox, indicating the nearest post office where to collect your package. The Customer then has 15 consecutive days to recover it. After this period, it will be automatically returned to the company LE REPERE DES BELETTES.

- Relay point delivery by Colissimo
The parcel is delivered to the relay point chosen by the customer. The customer is notified by e-mail of the arrival of his package at the chosen relay point. The Customer then has 15 consecutive days to recover it. After this period, it will be automatically returned to the company LE REPERE DES BELETTES. Orders received from Friday to Monday inclusive will be dispatched on Tuesday morning.

- Delivery of bulky and/or heavy items (+30kg)
Delivery of bulky and/or loud items is provided by a carrier. This one will make the delivery at the foot of the building, or if it is a house, at the threshold of this one.
As soon as your order has left, you will be notified by e-mail Once you have arrived at the destination logistics platform, the carrier will make an appointment with the customer to agree on a date and a delivery window. Delivery must be made within 7 days of the arrival of the goods at the destination platform. After this time, the goods will be automatically returned to the company LE REPERE DES BELETTES. Any return of goods will be charged 30HT to the customer.
If the place of delivery has access restrictions (narrow street, pedestrian lane, etc.), please let us know when placing your order, this could incur additional costs of delivery.
You are also asked to sign the delivery note; If upon receipt of the package you find that it is defective, refuse it or write the usual reservations on the delivery slip, noting that the package is damaged (subject to unpacking). We invite you to open the package in order to observe the condition of the products inside in the presence of the carrier and to add a reservation: “damaged package in packaging”
